The Team
Wholistic Wellness is a Wellness Center to heal your mind-body-spirit. We offer a holistic approach to counseling and bodywork. Our counseling approach is evolved psychotherapy utilizing traditional techniques: CBT, humanistic, experiential, internal family systems, Gottman approach for couples, MCBT; to new evidence-based techniques: EMDR, energy psychology, inner child healing somatic, vagus nerve, yoga therapy, play therapy, meditation, breath-work, mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
We teach our clients from all ages to live from their wholeness, not woundedness. We help individuals and couples be free from dysfunctional patterns, heal attachment patterns, anxiety, fear, and limiting beliefs; and step into their most authentic self with passion, joy and freedom!
We evolved the traditional psychotherapy practices by embracing and teaching the importance of the body, mind and spirit connection. We offer reiki, massage, Thai massage, energy clearings, shamanic journeys, reflexology, astrology, craniosacral and more!
