Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath with Eve

Join Eve Tomlianovich, a 300 hour certified meditation teacher, 200 YTT, LCMT, & Reiki Master for an evening to journey inward, through Yoga Nidra and the beautiful vibrations of a Sound Bath. You will melt, as you are “bathed” in sound waves created by the Singing Bowls, which can ease stress, fatigue, and depression; as well as create healing on a cellular level.

YOGA NIDRA IS KNOWN AS THE SLEEP OF YOGIS. IT IS A POWERFUL MEDITATIVE TECHNIQUE FROM THE TANTRAS IN WHICH ONE RELAXES WITH ABSOLUTE AWARENESS.
